Eulophidae
The Eulophidae is a large family of hymenopteran insects, with over 4,300 described species in some 300 genera. The family includes the genus Elasmus, which used to be treated as a separate family, "Elasmidae", and is now treated as a subfamily of Eulophidae. These minute insects are challenging to study, as they deteriorate rapidly after death unless extreme care is taken (e.g., preservation in ethanol), making identification of most museum specimens difficult. The larvae of very few species feed on plants, but the majority are primary parasitoids on a huge range of arthropods at all stages o
Elasmus
The genus Elasmus is the only member of the hymenopteran subfamily Elasminae (formerly classified as a separate family, Elasmidae), and contains over 200 species worldwide. They are mostly parasitoids or hyperparasitoids of lepidopteran larvae, though several species are parasitoids of Polistes paper wasp larvae. Some authorities now place Elasmus in the subfamily Eulophinae.

The species of the family Tetrastichinae are found in almost any type of terrestrial habitat and have a worldwide distribution, except Antarctica. They show a varied biology and hosts for Tetrastichinae wasps have been identified from over 100 different insect families, across 10 different orders and they have also been recorded as being parasitoids on nematodes, mites and spiders' eggs. Some species are even phytophago

Diglyphus
Diglyphus is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae. It is a parasitoid of Agromyzidae larvae, and therefore sometimes used in biological pest control.
Emersonella
Emersonella is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae. Several species are known to be phoretic parasitoids of female tortoise beetles, laying their eggs in the eggs of the beetle host.
Quadrastichus erythrinae
species of insect
Pediobius
Pediobius is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the chalcid wasp family Eulophidae. Like their relatives, the larvae of these diminutive wasps are parasitoids of various arthropods (mainly insects). Some Pediobius are used in biological pest control.

Aprostocetus
Aprostocetus is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae. The genus was erected by John O. Westwood in 1833. This very large group (about 800 described species) of parasitoid wasps has a global distribution.
Melittobia
Melittobia is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae.

species of insect
Entedon
Entedon is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae.
Pnigalio
Pnigalio is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae. Nearly 100 species have been described of which about half may be valid. All species are parasites of other insects. Their biology varies widely among those species that have been studied. Some are ectoparasites, others parasitoid, and still others are hyperparasitoids and their hosts include beetles, flies, hymenopteran and lepidopterans.

Paracrias is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae. Larvae are gregarious parasitoids of Curculionoidea, with P. huberi being a parasitoid of H. analis.

Tamarixia
Tamarixia is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae, they are parasitoids of Jumping plant lice or psyllids of the superfamily Psylloidea, although some species will parasitise aphids. Most species appear to be ectoparasitoids but at least one species has been recorded as an endoparasitoid.

Anaprostocetus is a genus of hymenopteran insects of the family Eulophidae.
Acanthala
Acanthala is a genus of generally dull-colored parasitoid wasps in the family Eulophidae, with three described species. The name Acanthala is a combination of the Greek root acantha, meaning "spiny" and Latin ala, meaning "wing". This refers to the diagnostic row of strong spinelike hairs on the upper surface of the marginal vein. The genus is only known from the Neotropics, with two species known from Brazil and a third from Belize and Costa Rica. The biology of the genus is unknown.
