Muntingia calabura
Muntingia is a genus of plants in the family Muntingiaceae, comprising only one species, Muntingia calabura, named in honour of Abraham Munting. It is native from Mexico south to Bolivia and Argentina. Its fruit is edible, and it has been widely introduced in other tropical areas.
Stellera
Stellera is a genus of flowering plant in the family Thymelaeaceae, with a single species Stellera chamaejasme found in mountainous regions of Central Asia, China, Korea, Siberia and South Asia. S. chamaejasme is a herbaceous perennial plant with heads of white, pink or yellow flowers, grown as an ornamental plant in rock gardens and alpine houses, but considered a weed playing a role in the desertification of grasslands in parts of its native range. Like many others of its family, it is a poisonous plant with medicinal and other useful properties.
Pakaraimaea dipterocarpacea
Pakaraimaea is a genus of trees in the family Cistaceae. The genus contains a single species, Pakaraimaea dipterocarpacea, from South America. It was formerly placed in subfamily Pakaraimoideae of the family Dipterocarpaceae. The species is found in the western highlands of Guyana and in adjacent Bolivar State in Venezuela. It maintains strong ectomycorrhizal associations with a wide variety of fungal species. The trees can sometimes be seen forming large stands in the western Guyanas.
Upuna
Upuna is a monotypic genus of plants containing the single species Upuna borneensis. The genus name Upana is derived from its Iban name, upan. The species name borneensis refers to its distribution, being found only in Borneo. It is native to lowland mixed dipterocarp forests up to 400 meters elevation. It is a heavy hardwood similar to Vatica. While Upuna borneensis occurs in protected areas, it is threatened by logging, expansion of palm oil plantations and increasing frequency of fires.

Aetoxylon is a single species genus (monotypic) of trees only found (endemic) in Borneo, of the flowering plant family Thymelaeaceae. The single species is Aetoxylon sympetalum, commonly known as gaharu buaya or crocodile eaglewood.

Solmsia is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Thymelaeaceae. It includes a single species, Solmsia calophylla, a shrub or tree endemic to New Caledonia. The genus was named to honor Hermann zu Solms-Laubach by Henri Ernest Baillon. It is related to Arnhemia, Deltaria, Gonystylus and Lethedon.

Neobalanocarpus is a monotypic genus of plants in the family Dipterocarpaceae. The single species, Neobalanocarpus heimii, is a tropical hardwood tree. Common names for the tree and its wood products include chengal, chan ta khien, chi-ngamat, takian chan, and takian chantamaeo. The tree grows over tall. Chengal is considered the number one wood (classified as heavy hardwood) of Malaysia and export of logs is prohibited due to its scarcity. The species is listed as endangered on the IUCN Red list.

Rhamnoneuron balansae is a species of small tree belonging to the family Thymelaeaceae; it is the only species in the genus Rhamnoneuron. It is native to southeastern Yunnan and northern Vietnam. In Bac Ninh province, its bast is harvested to make dó paper.
