Fuchsia
Fuchsia ( ) is a genus of flowering plants that consists mostly of shrubs or small trees.
Epilobium
Epilobium is a genus of flowering plants in the family Onagraceae, containing about 197 species. The genus has a worldwide distribution. It is most prevalent in the subarctic, temperate and subantarctic regions, whereas in the subtropics and tropics Epilobium species are restricted to the cool montane biomes, such as the New Guinea Highlands.
Oenothera
Oenothera is a genus of about 145 species of herbaceous flowering plants native to the Americas. It is the type genus of the family Onagraceae. Common names include evening primrose, suncups, and sundrops. They are not closely related to the true primroses (genus Primula).
Circaea
Circaea, or '''enchanter's nightshades', is a genus of flowering plants in the evening primrose family Onagraceae. About two dozen taxa have been described, including eight species. Plants of the genus occur throughout the temperate and boreal forests of the Northern Hemisphere. Three taxa occur in North America: Circaea alpina, Circaea canadensis, and the hybrid Circaea × sterilis. The generic name Circaea'' refers to the enchantress Circe from Greek mythology who is said to have used the herb as a charm.

Clarkia
Clarkia is a genus within the flowering plant family Onagraceae. Over 40 species are currently classified in Clarkia; almost all are native to western North America, though one species (Clarkia tenella) is native to South America.
Chamaenerion
Chamaenerion is a genus of flowering plants in the family Onagraceae (the evening primrose or willowherb family). It has sometimes been included in the genus Epilobium. Members of the genus may be called willowherbs (along with Epilobium), or fireweeds, based on a common name used for C. angustifolium. They are upright herbaceous perennials, growing from a woody base or from rhizomes, with racemes of usually purple to pink flowers. All species are found in the northern hemisphere. Most occur in moist habitats; C. angustifolium is the exception, favouring disturbed ground.
Camissonia
Camissonia, sometimes commonly known as sun cup or sundrop, is a genus of annual and perennial plants in the evening primrose family Onagraceae. A total of 12 species are known, nearly all from western North America, especially in the California Floristic Province, but also one from South America. Previous circumscriptions of the genus had recognized up to 62 species before it was split among other closely related genera.
Gaura
Gaura was a genus of flowering plants in the family Onagraceae, native to North America. The name was derived from Greek (gaûros) meaning "superb" and named in reference to the stature and floral display of some species in this genus. The genus included many species known commonly as beeblossoms. Genetic research showed that the genus was paraphyletic unless the monotypic genus Stenosiphon is included within Gaura, increasing the number of species in the genus to 22. Gaura is now a synonym of Oenothera, with the bulk of the Gaura taxa in genus Oenothera sect. Gaura .
Lopezia
Lopezia is a genus of plants of the family Onagraceae, largely restricted to Mexico and Central America.
Gongylocarpus
Gongylocarpus is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Onagraceae.
Eulobus
Eulobus is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Onagraceae.
Gayophytum
Gayophytum is a genus of annual herbs in the evening primrose family known commonly as groundsmoke. There are about nine species of groundsmoke, most of which are native to western North America. These are erect flowering herbs generally well under a metre in height and with narrow leaves. They produce white flowers which fade to pink or red.
Neoholmgrenia
Neoholmgrenia is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Onagraceae.
Hauya
Hauya is a genus of plants of the family Onagraceae native to montane Central America. They are related to a lineage that gave rise to Fuchsia and Circaea.
Tetrapteron
Tetrapteron is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Onagraceae.
Xylonagra arborea
Xylonagra arborea is a flowering plant endemic to the western side of the Baja California Peninsula. It is a bushy shrub distinguished by showy, scarlet flowers that are attractive to hummingbirds. It is the sole species in the genus Xylonagra, which belongs to the family Onagraceae.
Chylismia
Chylismia is a plant genus in the evening primrose family Onagraceae.
Camissoniopsis
Camissoniopsis is a plant genus in the evening primrose family (Onagraceae).
