Physalacriaceae
The Physalacriaceae are a family of fungi in the order Agaricales. Species in the family have a widespread distribution, ranging from the Arctic, (Rhizomarasmius), to the tropics, e.g. Gloiocephala, and from marine sites (Mycaureola) and fresh waters (Gloiocephala) to semiarid forests (Xerula).
Flammulina
Flammulina is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. The genus, widespread in temperate regions, has been estimated to contain 10 species.

Cylindrobasidium
Cylindrobasidium is a genus of corticioid fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. circumscribed by the Swiss mycologist Walter Jülich in 1974. , Index Fungorum lists eight species in the genus.
Oudemansiella
Oudemansiella is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. The genus contains about 15 species that are widely distributed in tropical and temperate regions.
Cyptotrama asprata
species of fungus
Rhizomarasmius
Rhizomarasmius is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae, containing about five species.
Rhodotus
Rhodotus is a genus in the fungus family Physalacriaceae. There are two species in the genus with the best known, Rhodotus palmatus, called the netted rhodotus, the rosy veincap, or the wrinkled peach. The unique characteristics of R. palmatus have made it difficult for taxonomists to agree on how it should be classified, resulting in an elaborate taxonomical history and an extensive synonymy. First named Agaricus palmatus by Bulliard in 1785, it was reclassified into several different genera before becoming Rhodotus in 1926. The familial placement of the genus Rhodotus within the order A

Physalacria
Physalacria is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. The genus contains 30 species widely distributed in tropical regions of the Southern Hemisphere.
Himantia
Himantia is a genus of fungi in the mushroom family Physalacriaceae.
Dactylosporina
Dactylosporina is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. D. brunneomarginata, the first representative of the genus found in Asia, was added to Dactylosporina in 2015.

Hymenopellis
Hymenopellis is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. The genus was circumscribed by mycologist Ron Petersen in 2010. The type species is Hymenopellis radicata, originally described by British botanist Richard Relhan in 1780 as Agaricus radicatus.

Oudemansiella canarii

Mycaureola dilseae
Mycaureola is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae of mushrooms. Circumscribed in 1922 by French mycologists René Maire and Émile Chemin, the genus is monotypic, containing the single species Mycaureola dilseae. The fungus is a parasite of the red algal species Dilsea carnosa, on which it causes circular necrotic lesions.

Cryptomarasmius
Cryptomarasmius is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae.
Cribbea
Cribbea is a genus of secotioid fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. The genus has a widespread distribution in southern temperate areas, and, according to a 2008 estimate, contains four species. A new species, Cribbea turbinispora, was reported from Australia in 2009, and in the same publication, C. lamellata was synonymized with C. gloriosa. The genus is named after mycologist Joan Cribb, in recognition of her contribution to fungal taxonomy.

Guyanagaster
Guyanagaster is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. The genus contains two wood-decaying sequestrate species Guyanagaster necrorhizus and Guyanagaster lucianii. The species, found in the neotropical rainforests of the Guiana Shield, was first described scientifically in 2010.
Pseudohiatula
Pseudohiatula is a genus of fungi in the family Physalacriaceae. It was originally described as a subgenus of Mycena by the mycologist Rolf Singer before he moved to its own genus two years later. It was formerly thought to belong in the family Tricholomataceae, but a molecular phylogenetics study found it to be more closely The genus Cyptotrama in the Physalacriaceae. Rolf Singer had previously hypothesized these two genera to be closely related based on morphological features in 1986. It contains five species that are widely distributed in tropical areas.
