Aley
Aley () is a major city in Lebanon. It is the capital of the Aley District and fourth largest city in Lebanon.
Bhamdoun

Abey
Aabey, also spelled Abey (), is a village located in Mount Lebanon, in Aley District of Mount Lebanon Governorate. It is located from Beirut and has an altitude of 800 m (2,600 feet). It is bordered by Kfarmatta (South), Al Bennay (East), Damour (West), and Ain Ksour (North). It overlooks Damour and the capital Beirut and the sea can be seen from virtually any point in the village. Aabey contains the Dawdye college, Aabey Vocational School (Mihanye) etc.
Choueifat
Choueifat (, also transliterated Shuwayfat) is one of the biggest and most important cities south of Beirut in Lebanon. The local population of the city is made up of mostly Druze and a Christian minority, but in the last 25 years, many Beirutis have moved in to escape the capital's high rents, while many southerners have found Choueifat a good alternative to the crowded southern suburb known as Dahieh.

Bdadoun
Bdadoun () (also Bdadun, Bde‘doun, Bdādūn), is a town in Mount Lebanon which makes up one of the 70 towns and villages in the Lebanese district of Aley. It has an estimated population of 3,000. It is 499 meters above sea level and 15 kilometres from the capital Beirut. It is known as a summer holiday location.
Aghmeed
Aghmeed, also spelled Aghmide (), is a village located about 37 km from Beirut, in the governorate of Mount Lebanon, in the Aley District. One can reach Aghmeed through Mdairej Road, Ain Dara and Al Azzounieh. Aghmeed is at an altitude of 1,200 m, close to Mount Barouk, which is famous for its cedar forest.

Bsous is a village in the Aley District of Mount Lebanon with an estimated population of 6,000. It is located 200 to 730 meters above sea level and 14 kilometres from the capital, Beirut. It is both a summer resort as well as being inhabited during the winter months. This is due to its proximity to Beirut. The name "Bsous" derives from the Syriac.

Charoun
Charoun or Sharoun (), is a Lebanese village located in the Aley District. Charoun is 31 kilometers away from Beirut and neighbors the town Saoufar. Its name derives from the Aramaic languages meaning the agricultural hills. Charoun is from the Jurd region, with a 1350 m altitude. It accounts two schools, one public school and one private school. Charoun has two industries with 5 or more workers. Charoun is one of the biggest villages in the Aley District, (10.5 square km), and wholly Druze.
