Kaifun (), (also transliterated Kaifoun, Keyfoun and Kayfoun) is a village in Aley District, Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon. Kaifun is a popular summer recreational destination for Beirut's residents, and is famous for its Pine forest and view of the Mediterranean Sea.
