Myaka myaka
The myaka (Myaka myaka) is a critically endangered species of cichlid endemic to Lake Barombi Mbo in western Cameroon. It prefers open, deeper waters where it feeds on phytoplankton and small insects, only venturing into shallower waters to spawn. This species can reach a length of SL. It is currently the only known species in the genus Myaka, but it is very close to Sarotherodon. The myaka is threatened because of pollution and sedimentation due to human activities. It is potentially also threatened by large emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the lake's bottom (compare Lake Nyos), althoug
Ceraceomyces
Ceraceomyces is a genus of fungi in the family Amylocorticiaceae. The genus has a widespread distribution and contains 16 species.
Halosphaeriaceae
The Halosphaeriaceae are a family of fungi in the Sordariomycetes class, subclass Hypocreomycetidae. Halosphaeriaceae is the family with the largest number of marine fungi with a few species are from freshwater and terrestrial habitats (Jones et al. 2009, 2015, 2017, 2019; Hyde et al. 2020a).
Euantennariaceae
The Euantennariaceae are a family of fungi in the order Capnodiales.
Radulodon
Radulodon is a genus of toothed crust fungi in the family Meruliaceae. The genus was circumscribed in 1972 by Norwegian mycologist Leif Ryvarden, with R. americanus as the type species.
Gyalideopsis
Gyalideopsis is a genus of lichen-forming fungi in the family Gomphillaceae. Gyalideopsis species form delicate, film-like crusts on a wide variety of surfaces including tree bark, rocks, and mosses, often in tropical and temperate forests worldwide. Species in the genus produce distinctive small, scale-like structures called , which are thought to aid in asexual reproduction where ascospore-producing structures are absent or uncommon. Members of this genus lack the distinctive chemical compounds found in many other lichens, making them reliant on microscopic features and spore characteristics
Leptosporomyces
Leptosporomyces is a genus of resupinate (crust-like) fungi in the family Amylocorticiaceae. The genus is widespread in the Northern Hemisphere and contains 11 species.
Fuscidea
Fuscidea is a genus of crustose lichens in the family Fuscideaceae. It has about 40 species. The genus was established in 1972 by Volkmar Wirth and Antonín Vězda, with its name derived from the Latin for 'brown', referring to the typical colouration of these lichens. Species of Fuscidea grow almost exclusively on acidic, silica-rich rocks, favouring steep faces in humid, high-rainfall regions such as Atlantic coastlines and mountain ranges. They form cracked or patchy crusts that spread over a characteristically dark underlying margin, often creating mosaic-like patterns where neighbouring col
Haddowia
Haddowia is a genus of polypore fungi in the family Ganodermataceae. The genus was circumscribed by Belgian mycologist René Léopold Steyaert in 1972, with Haddowia longipes (previously Amauroderma) as the type species. The genus name honors William Robert Haddow, "in view of his careful studies in the genus Ganoderma.
Aaka coera
Aaka is a genus of hemiptera in the leafhopper family. There is only one species described in this genus, known as Aaka coera. It is distributed in Papua New Guinea.

Metabonellia
Metabonellia is a genus of marine spoon worms in the family Bonelliidae. It is a monotypic genus and Metabonellia haswelli is the only species. It is commonly known as the green spoon worm and is found in shallow waters around Australia.
Arytainilla
Arytainilla is a genus of mostly Palaearctic plant lice belonging to the subfamily Psyllinae (it was previously placed in a subfamily Arytaininae); the genus was erected by Marianna Loginova in 1972. Distribution records include Europe and North Africa, with possible introductions to New Zealand, Australia and western USA. Arytainilla spartiophila is one of the two British "broom psyllids": the other is in the related genus Arytaina.
Maoricicada
Maoricicada, commonly known as black cicadas or mountain black cicadas, is a genus of cicada in the family Cicadidae. This genus is endemic to New Zealand.
Botscantzevia
Botschantzevia is a monotypic genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Brassicaceae. The only species in the genus is Botschantzevia karatavica.
Calathaspis
Calathaspis is a fungal genus in the family Cladoniaceae. A monotypic genus, Calathaspis contains the single species Calathaspis devexa, which is found in Papua New Guinea in middle- and high-elevation forests at altitudes ranging from .
