Grobda
is a 1984 multidirectional shooter video game developed and published by Namco for Japanese arcades. It is a spin-off from Xevious, as the player's tank first appeared in that game as an enemy. It runs on Namco Super Pac-Man hardware but with a video system like that used in Mappy and The Tower of Druaga, and it also uses a DAC for the "Get Ready" speech sample at the start of each round.

Uridium (released for the NES as The Last Starfighter) is a horizontally scrolling shooter designed by Andrew Braybrook for the Commodore 64 and published by Hewson Consultants in 1986. The game consists of fifteen levels, each named after a metal element, with the last level being the fictional metallic element Uridium. The manual quotes Robert Orchard, who invented the name, as saying "I really thought it existed".

Spinmaster is an arcade game developed and released by Data East on December 16, 1993 in North America, in Europe the same year and on February 18, 1994 in Japan. It is the first game Data East developed and released for the SNK Neo Geo MVS hardware. Its character designs are almost identical to the ones in Data East's Sega Genesis game ''Dashin' Desperadoes; however, the rest of both games are completely different. Also, Spinmaster's gameplay, artwork style, animations of some characters and the styles of its weapons were heavily inspired by another arcade game by Data East titled Joe & Mac,

The first in the Langrisser series, it blended tactical warfare with RPG elements, similar to the Fire Emblem series. is a 1989 arcade scrolling shooter video game developed and published by Namco exclusively in Japan. Loosely based on elements from Greek mythology, it follows the sun god Apollo, mounted atop the winged horse Pegasus, fighting through various locales as they attempt to rescue the moon goddess Artemis from the titan Typhon. The gameplay is based around a series of vertically scrolling levels, which are split up into sections and contain enemies and bosses that must be dealt with in order to progress. Additionally, players can charge up their shots in order to deal more damage to foes.

is an arcade action role-playing game with elements of the platform game genre originally released by Taito in 1990. It was then ported to the TurboGrafx-16 in 1991 and the Sega Genesis in 1992. It is included in Taito Memories Volume 2 released for the PlayStation 2 in 2005 and the Xbox and Microsoft Windows versions of Taito Legends 2 released in 2007. The original arcade version was made available for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch via the Arcade Archives series on August 31, 2023.

Seicross, released as in Japan, is a 1984 isometric shooter video game developed by Alice and published by Nichibutsu for arcades. It was released in Japan in April 1984 and North America in June 1984. A port to the Nintendo Entertainment System was released by Nichibutsu in Japan and FCI in North America in 1986. Hamster Corporation released the game as part of their Arcade Archives series for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in June 2021.

Solvalou
is a 1991 first-person rail shooter arcade game developed and published in Japan by Namco. The sixth entry in the Xevious series, the player takes control of the Solvalou starship from a first-person perspective as it must destroy the Xevious forces before they take control of Earth. The Solvalou has two weapon types: an air zapper to destroy air-based enemies, and a blaster bomb to destroy ground-stationed enemies. It runs on the Namco System 21 arcade board.
Neutopia
is an overhead action-adventure video game developed by Hudson Soft. It was released by Hudson for the PC Engine in Japan on November 17, 1989. It was then released by NEC for the TurboGrafx-16 in North America on April 15, 1990. It was re-released for the Virtual Console service worldwide for the Wii in 2007; it was re-released for the PlayStation Network in Japan in 2010 and in North America in 2011. Catrap
Catrap, known as Pitman in Japan, is a 1985 puzzle-platform game developed by Yutaka Isokawa for the Sharp MZ-700 computer. A port to the Game Boy developed by ASK Kodansha was released in Japan in June 1990 and North America in October 1990 by Asmik. ASK retained the rights to the game after splitting from Kodansha, re-releasing the game on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in October 2011.
