۱۷۲۸

I cannot provide an overview based on the context given, as "year" alone is insufficient to explain what "1728" is or why it matters. To write an accurate overview, I would need specific information about what "1728" refers to (such as a historical event, scientific discovery, publication, or other significant occurrence in that year).
