Aars or Års, () is a Danish town with a population of 8,708 (1 January 2025) in Himmerland, Denmark. Administratively, Aars is the municipal seat of Vesthimmerland Municipality and biggest town of Vesthimmerland Municipality, Region Nordjylland since 2007 and it was also the seat of the mayor in the now abolished Aars Municipality. The town was founded in the 14th century. It is one of the four principal towns of Vesthimmerland, the other ones being Farsø, Løgstør and Aalestrup. Aars is a former railway town. It is currently the 77th largest city in Denmark just behind Nivå but in front of Løg

Aars foi um município da Dinamarca, localizado na região norte, no condado de Nordjutlândia. O município detinha uma área de 223 km² e uma população de 13 322 habitantes, segundo o censo de 2004. A partir de 1 de Janeiro de 2007, com a entrada em vigor da reforma administrativa, o município foi suprimido juntamente com os municípios de Aalestrup, Farsø e Løgstør para dar lugar ao recentemente constituído município de Vesthimmerland, na região de Jutlândia do Norte.
