吸光光度法（きゅうこうこうどほう）とは、試料溶液に光をあて、その光がを反射する際の、対象となる物質による光の吸収の程度、すなわち吸光度を測定することにより、その物質の濃度を定量的に分析する方法である。吸光光度分析法（きゅうこうこうどぶんせきほう）とも呼ばれる。
