The Prairie Village on the west edge of Ada on Highway 200 provides an adventure into the Norman County of long ago. Nine historic buildings and a Log Museum containing the rotating exhibits will offer you an insight into what makes Norman County the wonderful place that it is. Visit from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (9-5) and Saturday from 1-4:00. Special events are held in June during the fair and in September during Fun in the Flatlands. Enjoy views of peaceful farmland and the city skyline while achieving your physical training goals. We have a beginner and expert trail. Skis are located at the Dekko Center and are available during the winter months. Ada Nutrition, located at 317 West Main Street, is a local healthy shop serving up meal replacement shakes and energizing teas in the former Just for Kix dance studio. Ada Nutrition sells exclusively Herbal Life products, which provides healthy alternatives to meal replacement or energy boosts for those with active lifestyles. KRJB-FM sends the 100,000 watt broadcast signal throughout the valley and beyond into west central MN and eastern North Dakota. KRJB offers a country music format featuring today’s newest releases as well as the previous chart toppers and a mix of the greatest country songs from the past. KRJB’s programming has an emphasis on local news, local sports, farm information and weather updates on-air with a staff of local talent working in the Ada studio office. Owned by Angie Nelson, this shop just recently opened in early 2022. Ada Jane Boutique is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-7pm and the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10am until 2pm. We are Sun-flowers and we are a full service flower shop carrying fresh flowers, plants, balloons and gifts. We can do flowers for weddings, funerals and other special occasions, and for everyday floral needs. We have a variety of giftware to include plush animals, home and wall decor.
