Adzjarië (Georgisch: აჭარა, Atsjara ofwel: აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკა, Atsjaris Avtonomioeri Respoeblika, Autonome Republiek van Adzjarië) is een autonome republiek in het zuidwesten van Georgië, grenzend aan de Zwarte Zee en Turkije. De regio heeft 355.462 inwoners (2022) en een oppervlakte van 2900 km² (122,6 inw./km²). De voorzitter van de autonome regering is sinds 21 juli 2018 Tornike Rizhvadze, die met 29 jaar de jongste leider van Adzjarië werd. Adzjarië heeft zes gemeenten waarvan de hoofdstad Batoemi een stadsgemeente is. Batoemi is de tweede stad van Georgië en heeft deze positie in de jaren 2010 van Koetaisi overgenomen door zowel autonome groei, als gemeentelijke herindeling in 2011 waardoor een tiental plaatsen ten noorden van de stad werden ingelijfd.
