Ailano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about north of Naples and about northwest of Caserta.
The municipality is served by State Road 158 of the Volturno Valley and by provincial roads 83 (Ailano – Valle Agricola), 96 (of Vairano Patenora), 149, 207, 274, and 281.
