Italian vocalist Alex Baroni began his career in the early '90s working as a sideman in Milan, backing vocalists like Eros Ramazzotti, Ivana Spagna, and Rossana Casale. As he worked to establish a name for himself as an accompanist, Baroni also developed as a solo artist, completing his debut record in 1994, entitled Fuorimetrica and released by DDD.
