Allacapan, officially the Municipality of Allacapan ('Ibanag: Ili nat Allacapan; Ilocano: Ili ti Allacapan; Filipino: Bayan ng Allacapan), is a 3rd class municipality in the Province of Cagayan. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 35,946 people.
The municipality is located in the northwestern portion of Cagayan province, bordering the province of Apayao. It is known as the headquarters of GV Florida Transport, a major bus company operating in Northern Luzon.
