Architrypethelium is a genus of lichen-forming fungi in the family Trypetheliaceae.
==Taxonomy== The genus was circumscribed in 1991 by the Dutch lichenologist André Aptroot, with A. seminudum assigned as the type species. It is a segregate of genus Trypethelium.
