Arman, eigentlich Armand Pierre Fernandez (* 17. November 1928 in Nizza; † 22. Oktober 2005 in New York) war ein französisch-US-amerikanischer Objektkünstler und Mitbegründer des Nouveau Réalisme. Von einem Druckfehler auf den Einladungskarten zu einer Ausstellung in der Galerie Iris Clert angeregt, nahm er 1958 den Künstlernamen Arman (ohne das abschließende ‚d‘) an. Arman besaß seit 1972 die amerikanische Staatsbürgerschaft und lebte in Frankreich und den USA.
