Arnad (walserdeutsch Arnoal) ist eine italienische Gemeinde in der autonomen Region Aostatal mit 1243 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2019). Die Einwohner werden arnadins genannt. In der Frankoprovenzalischen Sprache heißen die Männer Arnayot und die Frauen Arnayota, auf Französisch Arnadin und Arnadine jeweils. Arnad ist Mitglied des Gemeindeverbands Unité des Communes valdôtaines Évançon.
