Arnold D. Risen (Williamstown, Kentucky; 9 de octubre de 1924 — Cleveland, Ohio; 4 de agosto de 2012) fue un jugador de baloncesto de la NBA. Procedente de la Universidad de Ohio State, el pívot jugó en la NBA durante diez temporadas (1948-1958) como miembro de Rochester Royals y Boston Celtics. Risen fue All-Star en cuatro ocasiones y ganó dos anillos, anotando 7.633 puntos en toda su carrera. En 1998, fue seleccionado para el Basketball Hall of Fame. Risen murió el 4 de agosto de 2012 en Cleveland, Ohio, a la edad de 87 años.
