Arthur Meulemans

Arthur Meulemans ( Aarschot , May 19 1884 - Etterbeek , June 29 1966 ) was a Flemish composer , conductor and music educator . Meulemans father was a craftsman and also a music lover, who composed dance music. The young Arthur Meulemans received his first music lessons from his father and his uncle John, who gave him lessons on the piccolo .
