Asperoteuthis is a genus of chiroteuthid squid comprising four species: Asperoteuthis acanthoderma Lu, 1977 Asperoteuthis lui Salcedo-Vargas, 1999 Asperoteuthis mangoldae Young, Vecchione & Roper, 2007 Asperoteuthis nesisi Arkhipkin & Laptikhovsky, 2008
