Die grünen Teufel vom Mekong ist der deutschsprachige Titel eines australisch-taiwanischen Films, der 1981 in Taiwan gedreht wurde und im Original unter dem Titel Attack Force Z veröffentlicht wurde. Der Film kam am 5. Februar 1982 in Deutschland und im März 1982 in Österreich in die Kinos. Im Jahr 2006 wurde der Film unter dem Namen Soldier – Die durch die Hölle gehen in Deutschland auf DVD veröffentlicht.
