Bacarra, officially the Municipality of Bacarra (; ) is a municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. According to the , it has a population of people.
== Geography == The Municipality of Bacarra is bounded by the Municipality of Pasuquin to the north, by Vintar to the east; by Laoag to the south; and on the west by the South China Sea. It is one of the municipalities with the smallest land area in the province.
