播放媒体 藤壺進食 藤壶属（学名：Balanus）是藤壶科下的一属，俗称“马牙”。该属物种生活在全世界的岩石海岸和海洋漂流物上。牠們的共同特征是雌雄同体，成年后将自己粘附在坚硬物体表面等，附着在船体表面的藤壶常给船舶航行带来困难，因為會增加船體表面的阻力，而浪費燃料。因此船隻吃水線之下的漆料需選擇不易被藤壺所附著的。而鹅颈藤壶等生物虽然也叫藤壶并且有着类似的生活方式，却不是该属的成员。
