==Etymology== The term is derived from 2 languages spoken in Portuguese Guinea: the Sarar or Sadal, ka-mombuloñ;(probably Serer language) Bola (Bwlama, Juan or Jual) word, kam-bumbulu (probably Jola-Fonyi) Both which mean drum
