There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Bardo was a male/female pop music duo (Sally Ann Triplettand Stephen Fischer) formed to represent the United Kingdom in the 1982 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "One Step Further". Bardo de Mayence, né vers 980 à Oppershofen (bourg de la Vettéravie/Hesse), mort le 10 ou 11 juin 1051 à Dornloh (Thuringe), est un moine bénédictin de l’abbaye de Fulda, abbé des abbayes de Werden, de Hersfeld, et archevêque de Mayence de 1031 à sa mort. Il fut également conseiller et aumônier impérial. C’est un saint catholique fêté le 11 juin.
