バーンスタブル郡（英: Barnstable County）は、アメリカ合衆国マサチューセッツ州の南東に位置し、ケープコッドと周辺諸島で構成される郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は215,888人であり、2000年の222,230 人から2.9%減少した。郡庁所在地はバーンスタブル市（人口45,193人）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。 バーンスタブル郡は1685年6月2日のプリマス植民地の一部として設立され、ケープ・コッドの東と北にあるファルマスやサンドウィッチなどの町を含んでいた。プリマス植民地は1691年にマサチューセッツ湾植民地と合併した。
