巴士古（又譯描示戈；英文：Basco；他加祿語：Basco）是菲律賓巴丹群島省的第五級自治區，同時也是巴丹群島省的省府。巴丹群島地處菲律賓最北端，而巴士古則位於巴丹群島第二大島巴丹島上。全區為巴士海峽所包圍，建有一座國內線機場巴士古機場（代碼RPUO或BSO），有班機聯絡馬尼拉市，島上並建有氣象觀測所。根據2015年人口普查，人口為8,579人。 本城鎮以領導菲律賓脫離新西班牙（今墨西哥）控制的總督命名。 著名的地標有。
