Bathythrix pellucidator ist eine Schlupfwespe aus der Unterfamilie der Phygadeuontinae. Die Art wurde im Jahr 1829 von Carl Gravenhorst als Cryptus pellucidator erstbeschrieben. Der Namenszusatz leitet sich von dem lateinischen Begriff pellucidus für „durchscheinend“ ab.
