エイ（鱏、鱝、鰩、海鷂魚、英: Batoidea）は板鰓亜綱に属する軟骨魚類のうち、鰓裂が体の下面に開くものの総称。鰓裂が側面に開くサメとは区別される。約530種が知られている。世界中の海洋の暖海域から極域まで広く分布し、一部は淡水にも適応している。一般的に上下に扁平な体型で、細長い尾、5-6対の鰓を持ち、多くは卵を胎内で孵化させて子を産む卵胎生である。尾の棘に毒を持つ種類もいる。サメの一部の系統から底生生活に適応して進化した系統のひとつと考えられているが、トビエイのように二次的に遊泳生活に戻ったものもある。
