Behgjet Isa Pacolli ( Gheg Albanian: [bɛhˈɟɛt paˈtsoɫi]; born 30 August 1951) is a Kosovan and Swiss politician and businessman who was President of Kosovo and also served as the first deputy prime minister of Kosovo between 2011 and 2014. From 2017 to 2019, he also served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of Ramush Haradinaj. Pacolli was one of the signatories of the 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence.
