Belleville ( French pronunciation: [bɛlvil] ) is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in northeastern France. Belleville resides on the route nationale. It is an old village that has been consistently inhabited since the Roman era. The village contains a church that currently has no priest, a bakery, a fresh milk seller, and a small autobody shop. There are two bus stops on the main road of the village that go to Metz and Nancy and other towns and villages nearby. There are two football fields one with real grass and another with fake grass.
