Betchton is a civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 620, increasing to 677 at the 2011 Census. The population at the census of 2021 was 701. At the census of 1801 the population was 798, but the boundaries may have been slightly different. The parish is immediately to the east of Sandbach, and includes Betchton Heath, a village now partly named Sandbach Heath, Hassall Green, the hamlets of Boults Green, Dean Hill, Dubthorn, Fourlanes End, Lawton Heath End and Malkin's Bank.
