Bilgram is a town and a nagar palika parishad in Hardoi district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located south of the city of Hardoi, on an elevated bluff that once formed the eastern bank of the Ganges. Important industries in Bilgram include ceramics and embroidery.
As of 2011, Bilgram's population is 29,768, in 4,717 households. It serves as the headquarters of a tehsil and a community development block.
