Birgitte Grimstad (født 15. desember 1935), visesanger, født i København, datter av den kjente danske sanger Aksel Schiøtz. Teaterutdannelse fra USA, bodd i Oslo siden 1959. Hun jobbet mange år i NRK, blant annet med barne-TV. Mest kjent som visesanger med en omfattende konsertkarriere i Norge og Danmark, men også ellers i Europa og USA.
