Eine Aufbissschiene (auch Knirsch(er)-, Zahn- oder Michiganschiene) ist eine an den Zahnbogen angepasste prothesenähnliche Kunststoffauflage zur Behandlung von Myoarthropathien (Erkrankungen des Kausystems). Ziel der Therapie mittels einer Aufbissschiene ist die Beseitigung von Über- und Fehlbelastungen der Zähne und Kiefergelenke, etwa durch Zähneknirschen.
