Hakuchō Masamune's birthplace Bizen City Hall Imbe neighborhood Hinase Bay Bizen (備前市, Bizen-shi) is a city located in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 January 2023, the city had an estimated population of 32,019 in 15,467 households and a population density of 120 persons per km². The total area of the city is 258.14 square kilometres (99.67 sq mi).
