Brahmapur ( pronounced [bɾɔhmɔpuɾ]); formerly Berhampur is a city on the eastern coastline of Odisha, India. Known as the Silk City it is home to one of the most important railway stations in Odisha, along with the station being the oldest in the state. It ranks as the 4th most populous city of Odisha. Brahmapur is also called the food capital of Odisha.
