『ブレイクスルー 奇跡の生還』（ブレイクスルー きせきのせいかん、Breakthrough）は2019年のアメリカ合衆国のドラマ映画。女優でテレビドラマ演出家でもあるロクサン・ドースンの映画監督デビュー作で、出演はとジョシュ・ルーカスなど。本作はジョイス・スミスとジンジャー・コルバラが2017年に発表したノンフィクション『The Impossible』を原作としている。 本作は日本国内で劇場公開されなかったが、Amazonプライム・ビデオでの配信が行われている。
