Brickell ( ) is a neighborhood in Miami, Florida, historically referred to as Southside, located directly east of Interstate 95, north of Coconut Grove, and directly south of the Central Business District and the Miami River. A significant part of Greater Downtown Miami, Brickell is known as the financial district of Miami, as well as for the South Florida region.
