Brixen am Eisack (Italiaans: Bressanone, Ladinisch: Porsenù) is een stad en een gemeente in de Italiaanse autonome provincie Bozen-Zuid-Tirol. Het is na Bozen en Meran de grootste stad in de provincie. De stad, vroeger voluit Brixen am Eisack geheten, ligt in het , ongeveer 40 km ten noorden van Bozen en 45 kilometer ten zuiden van de Brennerpas, die sinds 1919 de grens tussen Noord- en Zuid-Tirol en daarmee de grens tussen Oostenrijk en Italië vormt. In Brixen komen de rivieren Eisack en Rienz bij elkaar. Van de bevolking heeft 73,1% Duits als moedertaal, 25,7% Italiaans en 1,2% Ladinisch.
