Buguias, officially the Municipality of Buguias, (; ), is a municipality in the province of Benguet, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 45,703 people.
The municipality is home to the mummy of Apo Anno, one of the most revered and important folk hero in Benguet prior to Spanish arrival.
