Busento

The Busento () is a left tributary of the Crati river, which flows about in Calabria, southern Italy, from the Apennines to the Ionian Sea. The Busento joins the Crati in the center of Cosenza.

Il Busento è un fiume calabrese che nasce dal versante ovest del Monte Serratore (m 1233 s.l.m.), tra i comuni di Malito (nel quale ricade la cima del monte) e Domanico. Giunto a valle, percorre la città di Cosenza dove, alla quota di 228 metri s.l.m., sfocia nel fiume Crati.
