Ĉ, ĉ（帶扬抑符的c）是世界语字母之一，是世界语中没有在基本拉丁字母中出现的六个字母之一。它在国际音标中发 /ʧ/ 或 /tʂ/ 音。此外，汉语拼音方案规定，在给汉字注音的时候，为了使拼式简短，ch可以省作ĉ，但在实践中很少应用。
