Karl Culmann (10 juillet 1821 à Bad Bergzabern, en Rhénanie, † le 9 décembre 1881 à Riesbach, auj. faubourg de Zurich) est un ingénieur allemand. Il enseigna le calcul des structures et la résistance des matériaux au Polytechnikum de Zurich, et il est principalement connu comme l'auteur de La Statique graphique (1864).
