Carlos Javier Cuéllar Jiménez ( Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkaɾlos ˈkweʎaɾ]; born 23 August 1981) is a Spanish former professional footballer, and the current manager of Elche Ilicitano. Mainly a central defender, he could also operate as a right-back.
