Die Baumwürger (Celastrus) sind eine Pflanzengattung kletternder Sträucher aus der Familie der Spindelbaumgewächse (Celastraceae). Die etwa 30 Arten sind in Asien, Nord- und Südamerika, Australien, Madagaskar und Fidschi verbreitet. Einige Arten werden als Zierpflanzen verwendet.
