Charles Anthony Mitchell was born March 13, 1980 in Columbia, Maryland. He was the youngest child of three and only boy to Dr Charles R Mitchell Jr and Muriel G Mitchell. Early as fifth grade Charles wanted to make a difference. He loved watching the news and saw a report on homeless children.
