Chaudière-Appalaches (, ) is an administrative region in Quebec, Canada. It comprises most of what is historically known as the "Beauce" (; compare with the electoral district of Beauce). It is named for the Chaudière River and the Appalachian Mountains. Chaudière-Appalaches has over 50% of sugar maples in Quebec, thus producing the most maple syrup in Canada as well as the World.
Chaudière-Appalaches är en administrativ region i provinsen Québec i Kanada. Den ligger på Saint Lawrenceflodens sydsida, mellan regionerna Centre-du-Québec i väster och Bas-Saint-Laurent i nordost, samt Estrie i söder, Maine i USA i öster och Capitale-Nationale i nordväst. Den har fått namn efter floden Chaudière som rinner genom regionen från söder till norr, och efter Appalacherna som sträcker sig in i regionens södra del. Den består av nio sekundärkommuner (municipalités régionales de comté) och 136 primärkommuner. Den största staden är Lévis, som ligger där Chaudièrefloden rinner ut i Saint Lawrencefloden, mitt emot staden Québec.
